Material Selection Based on Intended Use

We select materials based on the intended use of different products. Some products use recycled nylon, recycled polyester fiber, or other recycled materials; the specific material composition, coating, and performance are detailed on the product page.

Using recycled materials does not mean the product has no environmental impact. We strive to extend product lifespan, reduce unnecessary material usage, and truthfully declare the materials and processes already employed.

Making Products Last Longer

We believe that reducing premature discarding of products due to quality issues is more practical than vague environmental slogans. Therefore, we focus on structural durability, production consistency, and the possibility of future repairs. For products that can be repaired, we prioritize repair over direct replacement or disposal.

Durability does not mean a product will never break, and recycled materials do not mean a product comes without a cost. We do not use a single material label to summarize the entire impact of a product. Instead, we strive to clearly explain what we have achieved, what we have yet to achieve, and the trade-offs between different choices.

Respect for Everyone Involved in Production

A product is not completed solely by the designer. The experience of pattern makers, sample technicians, cutters, sewers, pressers, quality control, and packaging personnel all influence the final outcome.

We hope that those involved in production can work in a long-term, stable, and respected environment. In actual collaboration, we value reasonable production arrangements and clear quality standards, and we seriously listen to the opinions of frontline production staff on materials, structure, and processes.

We do not prioritize "low price" and "faster" as the sole goals, nor do we wish to pass on costs and pressure to production staff through unreasonable rush work. Respect for people and product quality are not separate issues: stable cooperation, clear communication, and respect for professional experience ultimately lead to more reliable products.

This is still an ongoing effort that requires continuous improvement. We will truthfully explain the practices we have adopted and not package basic responsibilities as exaggerated promises.
